Pantheon Mariani (pictured) will work with Matt Coldren, head of financial institutions for Natixis IM in the US, to provide investing solutions to global financial institutions around the world. Previously, Mariani served as a vice president of group, head of EMEA and APAC GFI (global financial intermediaries) at T Rowe Price. Before that, she worked for 17 years at M&G Investments in Milan and London, most recently as head of global banks. BNP Paribas Asset Management Previously, De Franco spent 12 years in various positions at Ossiam, first as portfolio manager and then as head of research and ESG, where he worked on the design, implementation, and management of quantitative strategies for global institutional clients. Carmine is a recognised figure in the field of quantitative finance, regularly speaking at industry conferences and contributing to financial researching papers. His recent research topics have covered sustainability, applications of machine learning and artificial intelligence in finance, Bayesian learning and portfolio construction under uncertainty. Hawksmoor Investment Management Ellis, who was previously director of investment management services at Charles Stanley, has experience in the investment management industry, having spent several years at RBC Wealth Management and HSBC Private Bank, the firm said in a statement. Alongside Ellis, Ben Conway, chief investment officer and head of fund management, and Richard Pursglove, head of Hawksmoor investment solutions and distribution, will join the Hawksmoor board. Pursglove will also be joining the board of Metis Asset Management. At the same time, the company confirmed that Leighton Dunkley has stepped down from all three boards. Hawksmoor has AuM of £5.1 billion. Hurst Point Group, which owns Hawksmoor, has as a group total assets of £10 billion.
