International financial advisory firm has promoted Jacob Hall to the role of global director of advisory.

Hall (pictured) joined Dubai-based Hoxton in August 2021 as head of client services after more than 10 years’ working with other financial advisory firms elsewhere in the UAE. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the growth of Hoxton’s international advisory business to the company’s client base in the UAE, US, UK, Australia and across Europe.

Hall’s promotion is also part of the firm's strategy to strengthen its advisory services, it said in a statement.

We are thrilled to see him step into this pivotal role and look forward to the continued growth and success of our advisory services under his leadership,” Chris Ball, CEO of Hoxton Capital Management, said.

, a UK provider of tax-efficient investment solutions and asset-backed income-producing funds across real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, and lending, has hired Billy Brown as head of internal sales.

Brown previously worked at Triple Point where he was responsible for the strategic accounts and the distribution strategy, building and delivering a pipeline of new business opportunities. He has nearly two decades of experience of working across the financial services market.
