Fidante Partners
, formerly known as Sionic, a firm specialising in improving business, technology and people performance across financial services, has just announced three new additions to its senior team. The three recruits come as the consulting firm scales internationally.

Peter Keaveney has joined as a partner and head of the North American asset and wealth management practice, the firm said in a statement. He has over 30 years’ experience in financial services. Most recently, Keaveney served as a managing director at BNY Mellon within its asset servicing and digital business, leading the global middle-office outsourcing teams, as well as holding responsibility for the bank’s asset management client relationships.

His previous experience includes roles at Bankers Trust and Federal Home Loan Bank of New York. At Consulting at Davies he will lead the growth of the Asset & Wealth Management practice in North America, using his network of relationships with asset managers, asset owners, hedge funds and service providers to help grow the business’ reach across the region, the firm added.

Roshni Patel, who has been appointed as principal consultant at Consulting at Davies, is joining from Investment Software Group, where she was head of programme – delivery and operations. She brings over 10 years’ experience in project, programme and operations management across a range of clients, gained from leading teams to build, configure, deliver and embed technology solutions, the firm continued.

Matt Lonsdale is a director, bringing experience in financial services gained from senior positions at the likes of TMI, Arc, Pershing and most recently, Iress, the firm said. He spent the first decade of his career as a wealth manager, carrying out roles in stockbroking, financial planning, trading and operations, and has since focused on business development, strategy implementation and proposition.
