Who’s Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Mount Street Group, Evelyn Partners, Others

, a global third-party loan servicing and credit asset management firm, has appointed Serenity Morley as global chief operating officer, a newly-created role.

Morley (pictured) will be instrumental in ensuring continuity and cohesion across the firm on a global level, as well as strengthening Mount Street’s international offering using its proprietary technology, CreditHub, which provides clients with real-time data, analysis and unique insights essential to effectively manage their portfolios.

Morley will also be responsible for coordinating the overall growth strategy of the group and developing new business opportunities across all areas of loan servicing and asset management.

She will continue to cross-sell the global brand while supporting the company’s day-to-day vision, the firm said.

She has over 20 years’ worth of experience in the financial services sector – the last seven of which have been at Mount Street – including leading a 10-year strategic agreement with Aviva Investors for asset servicing arrangements for its Real Assets business, totalling £50 billion AuM. As head of loan servicing at Mount Street, she has been responsible for the company’s EMEA Credit Servicing group in Europe and Asia for the past three years.

“Serenity has been integral in building the current platform, ensuring our strategies are delivered with precision and bringing globalisation to our service offering, which is critical for growing our existing client partnerships and developing new ones,” Paul Lloyd, co-founder and CEO at Mount Street, said.

Mount Street, which has approximately €150 billion of AuM, has built an international team of seasoned banking, real estate, infrastructure, shipping, and technology professionals, based in 11 offices in key financial centres worldwide.

Evelyn Partners
, a specialist global provider of fund administration, capital markets, corporate and fiduciary services, has appointed Frank Hattann as its new chief commercial officer. He is based in Dublin. The previous CCO, Tania Mohacs, is moving to Bermuda to be head of Ocorian’s operations there. She will also be head of countries and a member of Ocorian’s ExCo, a spokesperson told this publication.

Hattann. who has more than 20 years’ experience in commercial leadership and management, will report directly to CEO Chantal Free. His previous role was CEO at Alpha BGS Commercial, an independent consultancy. Prior to that he was global head of sales at Intertrust where he managed the sales operations team. He has also held senior sales leadership positions at Microsoft, LinkedIn and PayPal.
