Vistra, Kroll ManCo The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals, the firm said in a statement. The financial terms were not disclosed. Vistra’s acquisition of the Kroll ManCo aligns with its vision to enhance its end-to-end service proposition for private capital asset managers and allocators. With a focus on private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and loan origination, Vistra's multi-jurisdictional clients will benefit from their expanded services in supporting the loan secondaries market through its AIFM/UCITS licence, the firm added. “We are confident that our capacity to manage more asset classes in combining alternative and UCITS strategies, and expanded market presence will drive our clients’ strategic growth aspirations and create exciting opportunities for our colleagues,” Jan Vanhoutte, managing director and conducting officer at VFM, said. Vanhoutte will lead VFM’s expanded business as managing director. Anil Singh, managing director at Kroll, will continue with the business in a leadership role and oversee Kroll ManCo’s integration into the Vistra team. Kroll ManCo will be rebranded to Vistra at a later date, the firm said. Close Brothers AM, Bottriell Adams Bottriell Adams was founded in 2004 and manages more than £220 million ($275 million) of assets for its high net worth client families and small businesses, the firm said in a statement. The partners, financial planners and support team at Bottriell Adams will join CBAM as part of the agreement. “Our clients will benefit from the same professional and personal approach that we offer alongside CBAM’s scale, including its widely-recognised research capability, financial planning offering and wider investment management services," managing partner, Gary Bottriell said. The acquisition is part of CBAM’s growth strategy, helping to extend the business’ regional footprint in the South West. CBAM operates from London, Birmingham, Bristol, Cheltenham, Chichester, Chester, Dorset, Farnham, Gatwick, Manchester, Newcastle, Northwich, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Guernsey.

The latter holds undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) and alternative investment fund (AIF) licences.
