has promoted Todd Babington to head of operations following the retirement of Frank Reardon.

Reardon had served as head of operations for the company for 21 years, prior to his recent retirement, the firm said in a statement.  Reardon was a member of the firm’s Operations, Transaction reporting, CASS and Operational Risk committees. He also sat on external committees during his career, most recently, the PIMFA Operations Committee. 

Babington, who assumed the role on Frank’s retirement, has been with the firm for five years. He initially joined as trade operations manager in 2018 following previous roles at Arbuthnot Latham and HSBC Private Bank during his 17-year career, the firm continued.

“We are hugely grateful to Frank for instilling a team-based and diligent approach to our investment operations, which has helped us develop a high-quality administrative function. His experience and knowledge of the industry has helped us for many years and we wish him well in his retirement.
