He will now lead the commercial development of Equipped as it seeks to expand its client roster and suite of technology product offerings in the second half of 2023. Ferguson will be responsible for the commercial development of all of Equipped’s products and services, comprising SaaS revenues for its Minerva platform and analytics and data management consultancy services, the firm continued. Given the nature of Equipped’s growth trajectory, Ferguson aims to bolster the commercial team with new hires as the company continues to scale its operations, the firm said. Abacus Group Sanders, a finance professional with a background in private equity and former CFO of an MSP, will help drive Abacus Group’s sustainable growth as the firm expands its team, services, and global client base, the company said in a statement. She will oversee the company’s mergers and acquisitions strategy and overall financial growth, including scaling the internal finance function. The move comes as Abacus Group accelerates its commercial performance, having grown at 25 per cent annually over several years. The firm said it has acquired four prominent companies within the past five years, including Gotham Security, positioning itself as a frontrunner in the MSSP space and diversifying its hosted IT services and solutions tailored for investment managers.
