O’Brien, a partner at LGT Wealth Management, reports to CEO Ben Snee.

As head of business transformation – a newly-created position – he will work with Simon Boyley, head of technology, to shape and deliver the firm’s digital strategy, the firm said in a statement.

O’Brien, who brings 10 years of client-facing experience as an investment manager, joined the company in 2017 from HSBC Private Bank where he was a relationship manager.

Boyley added: “Elliott’s extensive industry experience and appreciation of client needs will be invaluable as we work towards our ambition of embracing digital technology to further enhance our personalised approach.
