Over his career in financial services, spanning four decades, he has worked in a variety of roles focusing on people and creating the technology to serve their needs in the best way.

He founded Thomson Online Benefits in 2000, which he led for 17 years as CEO. He built the organisation from startup to 500 people serving clients in over 20 countries, cementing its place as a market leader in global benefits software.  

Since 2018, he has used his world class expertise to guide companies that inspire him, many of which are technology providers directly used by the end client.
