Recent cases McNulty has worked on include advising the Viscount of the Royal Court of Jersey on all matters relating to the desastres (bankruptcy) of a local GP and Jersey incorporated company, related proceedings before the English High Court, described by the court as being of "labyrinthine complexity," and the realisation of assets following a trial in the English proceedings in 2021, advising a leading real estate provider in respect of its administration and related cross-border transactions, and advising a high profile UHNW client in respect of freezing and other interim orders obtained against him in aid of enforcement of a foreign judgment.
