Payments services provider iBanFirst is automating compliance, for example client onboarding, by using Fenergo’s software-as-a-service client lifecycle management solution.

iBanFirst’s business simplifies international trade for small and medium enterprises, as well as corporates, helping them to manage international payments and foreign exchange exposure. Fenergo's cloud-based CLM and know your customer (KYC) solution will integrate with iBanFirst's Salesforce CRM to digitalise and enhance the end-to-end customer cross-border payments journey. 

The solution enables iBanFirst to streamline its management of know-your client and anti-money laundering regulatory processes on a single platform while driving operational efficiencies through greater automation.

iBanFirst, which is present in 10 countries and has operated since 2013, has more than 300 employees. It is backed by European venture capital funds such as Elaia and Bpifrance Large Venture. In May 2021, the Californian private equity firm Marlin Equity Partners entered into a growth capital agreement with iBanFirst to support international growth.
