UK wealth manager appointed Joss Mitchell this week as wealth director, located at their London office.

With over 35 years of industry experience, he is joining from GAM Investments where he headed their wealth management division, the firm said in a statement. 

Prior to that he has worked at senior level at Kleinwort Hambros, Citi Private Bank and HSBC Private Bank, having started his career with Mercury Asset Management. 

Throughout his career, he has had a wide array of roles working closely with individuals, families, charities and companies, assisting them with all their financial needs and managing their particular requirements.

Welcoming him to the firm, Simon Blowey, head of 1762 at RBC Brewin Dolphin said: “He brings substantial experience in delivering significant reassurance and value to his clients. The door is always open to talent, and we’re delighted Joss knocked on ours.”

Mitchell added: “The approach that 1762 has set out resonates with my principal passion to ensure that individuals and families develop or enhance a wealth “plan” able to withstand anything that the future may throw at them. RBC Brewin Dolphin is renowned for putting clients first, so this was a natural fit for me.”
