The have elected Henrik Andersen as a new member of the board of directors. The vote was held earlier this week at the firm’s extraordinary general meeting.

Andersen is president and chief executive of Vestas Wind Systems, a sustainable energy business. He previously served as group president and CEO of Hempel A/S and held executive leadership positions in ISS A/S. Earlier in his career, Andersen worked for more than a decade in the financial industry.
