Gen Two Real Estate
, a £100 million ($130.4 million) investment and property development vehicle backed by two family offices, has been formally launched to focus on three areas: life sciences, commercial and residential real estate.

The company co-invests in every project it structures. It has been co-founded by Ariel Levy and Daniel Sterling, who have partnered on a number of joint ventures over the past five years.

The first acquisition by Gen Two is a scheme for a 14,000 square foot site in Oval, South London. The buildings and properties include a Grade II listed building fronting Clapham Road.

Gen Two was recently accepted as a member of the sought-after United Kingdom Science Park Association (UKSPA), which will enable the firm to expand its growing network within the life science sector.
