Former Schroders chief investment officer Kieron Launder is joining the advisory board of private equity firm has added two corporate trust lawyers, Paulette Mastin and Paul Regan to its Financial Industry Group team in London.
Former Linklaters counsel, Mastin will join as a partner, and Regan as a counsel to work with the firm's global corporate trustees, service providers, and financial intermediaries. Both are also active in the profession's diversity and inclusion efforts. Mastin currently serves as chair of the Black Solicitors Network (BSN) in England and Wales and Regan is helping to found the first LGBT network of a UK law firm.

Waverton Group
Following a number of recent acquisitions, has appointed Marco Malagoni to head wealth planning in London. He will oversee a range of advice services for high net worth clients, including business planning, tax structuring, inter-generational planning and retirement planning. He joins following more than a decade at Cazenove Capital.
