Fairhurst moves from Octopus Investments where she spent four and a half years as strategic partnerships manager in charge of relationships with national financial advisory firms, networks and service providers. This included working with professional bodies in the legal and accountancy professions, such as ICAEW and STEP.  

Before that she spent three years as a senior account manager at analytics provider Preqin and holds a CFA certificate in ESG Investing.
