AllianceBernstein Prior to joining Invesco, Kufer spent four years as global sustainability manager at AXA IM in alternatives, leading responsible investment integration for real estate, infrastructure and private debt. He is an active working groups' member in the real estate ESG sector, sitting on the green-labelling GRESB Benchmark Committee, and the ULI Sustainability Council, a European body dedicated to built environment concerns. Invesco manages around $1.35 trillion in assets on behalf of clients globally of which around $86 billion are in real estate.
has appointed Maximilian Kufer as head of ESG for private markets. He reports to global head of ESG Cathrine de Coninck-Lopez and will be based in London, where he will be responsible for ESG integration across the firm's real assets and private alternative strategies.
