, global provider of fund, corporate and private client services, has been granted a new licence to provide corporate services in Abu Dhabi.

The licence, which has been awarded to JTC by the Abu Dhabi Global Market, is effective immediately and enables the firm to provide a broad range of services. These will include the formation of companies and foundations, and other services for JTC’s international client and intermediary base.

The firm also has a new office in the ADGM, which will be overseen by Naro Zimmerman, recently appointed head of JTC’s UAE operation, the firm said.
