has added three senior figures to its global team, responding to "intentional growth in corporate services to institutional, fund and capital market clients globally,” the firm said.  In Jersey, Gavin Wilkins is joining as global head of client and intermediary relationships, and Ross Rennie as manager of corporate services. Serene Lim is joining as associate director in Singapore.

Wilkins brings significant international experience in Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and will lead commercial and strategic initiatives for the group.

With expertise in real estate, Rennie will manage the Jersey office’s corporate services team which administers investment structures in a variety of asset classes, including real estate, structured finance, and technology.

Lim, who is joining in Singapore from TMF, has a background in capital markets and structured finance, including trust structuring and succession planning for BVI and Cayman Trusts. She also sits as a secretary at the STEP Singapore branch.
