Amundi Taps CEO For Luxembourg

French asset giant has appointed former Société Générale private banker Jeanne Duvoux to become CEO of its Luxembourg business.

Duvoux headed up private banking at SocGen in Luxembourg and has sat on its executive committee since 2015. She joined the group in 1996 as CFO for Fimat Group, SocGen's brokerarge arm, and later became managing director of Fimat Banque.

Following the acquisition of the securities services from Unicredit Group, she became deputy head of SGSS in Italy in 2006, before becoming managing director in 2012. She started her career in 1989 as an auditor at Deloitte.

The Paris-based firm is Europe’s largest asset house by assets managed and responsible for €563 billion ($644 billion) of investments for clients.
