This software uses a Cloud-based "analysis optimisation" service called X-Sight ActimizeWatch to use machine learning to risk ratings more accurate using the collective intelligence of previous results. New predictive risk scoring is also designed to help firms manage highly risky customers, perform "enhanced due diligence" or EDD, periodic review and continual monitoring.

The idea is to make the onboarding process less onerous by reducing the unnecessary "friction" that customers experience. CDD-X includes a Data Source Library.
