, the UK advisory firm, has appointed Richard Horton as finance director on a permanent basis, following his interim appointment in February this year.

Since Horton joined the group he has worked with chief executive Roger Brosch and head of corporate development, Henna Fry, to implement the firm’s ambitious development plans. Horton is a chartered accountant whose previous roles include group finance director at financial advice firm LEBC Group Limited, and insurance intermediary Hyperion Insurance Group

Foster Denovo acquired TEBC Ltd, a Buckinghamshire based employee benefits consultancy last year and expects to complete a number of further deals in the first quarter of 2019.
