KPMG
has made several appointments to its Manchester family and Birmingham will, trust and estate disputes teams.

Katie McCann has been appointed a partner in its Manchester team. She joins from Kuits and specialises in high and ultra-high-value matrimonial finance matters. Her expertise also includes pre- and post-nuptial agreements as well as cohabitation agreements.

Carole Nettleton also joins the Manchester team as a senior associate. She and advises clients on high-value divorce, dissolution of civil partnership and cohabitation issues. She has experience of dealing with high net worth individuals involving complex pension issues, multiple businesses and family trusts.

Jonathan Gist has been made a partner in the Birmingham office. He specialises in a wide range of trust and probate disputes, including high-value estate litigation.

Lastly, Kate Dixon was appointed as a solicitor in its Birmingham operation. She joins from Bradley Haynes Solicitors in Worcester. She is experienced in handling inheritance at claims and contentious probate matters, as well as having a background in advising on commercial and property litigation cases.
