UK Law Firm Expands Private Office

Law firm has appointed Filippo Noseda as partner in its private department, effective 19 June.

Noseda joins the company from Withers, where he was joint head of Europe private client and tax department, the firm said in a statement.

He is a dual-qualified English solicitor and Swiss lawyer. Noseda advises on the establishment and restructuring of both trusts and foundations, and tax and succession planning issues.

"He is a recognised expert in the fields of international tax planning and comparative law and is a fantastic addition to our team,” said James Libson, head of private. “His experience with international issues complements our client base and will undoubtedly help us and our clients to navigate this unprecedented legal and political landscape."
