UK Law Firm Expands Family Team

Law firm has expanded its family team with the appointment of Emily Brand to partner, effective from 12 June.

Brand is an expert in all aspects of family law, with particular experience in high-value financial proceedings and resolving international children disputes, the firm said in a statement earlier in the week.

She joins Boodle Hatfield from Winckworth Sherwood, where she was head of its family team.

“Emily joins the family team at an exciting time - the demand for high quality, international family law is growing - and her appointment will further enhance the firm’s domestic and international reputation in advising on big ticket and complex family breakdowns,” said James Ferguson, partner and head of family.
