UK-based wealth manager has appointed financial planner Sam Petts.

In his new role, Petts will offer intergrated financial planning solutions to business owners across the North West, to help them plan for their future, the firm said in a statement.

Petts has over 15 years’ experience in the financial planning industry. He started his career at Caroline Banks and Associates in Mayfair, before joining Killik & Co, where he worked for 12 years, most recently as a partner and head of its Richmond office.

“Sam’s in-depth knowledge of pensions, taxation and intergenerational planning, involving all members of a family in a financial plan, will serve to strengthen Clarion’s niche wealth planning services,” said Ron Walker, managing director. “His strong track record for building relationships with professional services partners will also be an asset to Clarion as we continue our successful expansion.”

Based in Cheshire, Clarion is a boutique wealth management firm with over 30 years’ experience helping business owners and their families to plan their future.
