Felices will be based in London and report to Colin Graham, chief investment officer for multi-asset solutions and head of active asset allocation.

In this newly-created role, Felices will carry out emerging market asset allocation research and identify relative value ideas across a range of asset classes.

He joins from Barclays, where he was most recently head of asset allocation research for Europe.
