has formally launched a private office that it has been developing for two years, specifically tailored to advising families, entrepreneurs, financial professionals, and resident non-domiciled and overseas investors, the UK investment manager said earlier this week.
The Rathbone Private Office, which also has a standalone website, is headed by Ian Dembinski. He joined the firm last July from Credit Suisse, where he led the UK private banking team.
The private office is one of the group's growth initiatives and offers clients a wealth advisory service that has access to a range of banking products, services and lending solutions, Rathbones said in a statement.
These services complement Rathbones' existing discretionary fund management, tax, trust, financial planning and banking services, the firm added.
“The Rathbone Private Office offers clients the full suite of services they require in today’s global financial environment. Every client will be advised by a team that has spent their entire career growing, protecting and preserving their clients' wealth,” said Dembinski.
