New York-listed wealth manager Oppenheimer & Co, a unit of Oppenheimer Holdings, has hired Shelby Tucker as a managing director and senior equity research analyst covering utilities and independent power producers. He reports to John Parks, managing director and director of equity research. Mr Tucker joins from Banc of America, an investment subsidiary of Bank of America, where he was senior equity research analyst in the same field.
