Venerable London Law Firm Makes Round Of Promotions

London law firm has made four promotions across its private client, family and property departments.

Basil Dixon has been promoted from associate to partner in the private client team. Emily Foy, Emilie Helm and Marisa Beccarelli have been made associates in the family (Foy and Helm) and property departments (Beccarelli). These promotions are effective from today.

Dixon joined the firm as a solicitor from Maurice Turnor Gardner in 2014. He has experience in advising international and UK-based high net worth individuals, trustees, family offices and estate managers on a wide range of complex offshore and onshore tax, trust, estate and succession planning issues.

Foy and Helm joined the firm in 2011. Foy is instructed on a range of family law matters ranging from cohabitation agreements to matters relating to children.

Within the property department, Beccarelli has been promoted to associate, having been at the firm since 2006.

Payne Hicks Beach has over 60 lawyers and provides specialist legal services to private and commercial clients. Late in May, the firm appointed Virginia Farquharson, a chartered accountant, to the newly-created role of director of management.
