Boodle Hatfield Promotes To Partner In Corporate Team

, the law firm operating in areas such as private client work, has promoted Rahul Thakrar, who works in the corporate team, to the status of partner.  The promotion takes effect from 1 May.

Thakrar’s clients include investors, entrepreneurs and private businesses in a variety of sectors ranging from real estate to technology. He has a particularly strong focus in advising on corporate real estate M&A transactions and joint ventures, the firm said.

Clients of the corporate team include family offices, privately owned companies and particularly those in the real estate, hotel and leisure sectors, and fast-growing technology companies, it said.

Boodle Hatfield has 30 partners and 100 fee earners.
