Lloyds International Private Bank, part of the UK-listed , is rolling out an expanded client service for people moving to the UK, aimed at capturing an increasing number of high net worth expat people working in the country. The service was originally launched last year. The London Expat Service first opened in the second half of 2014 in one of the bank’s London offices. Increasing demand has driven the need to expand the range of the offering, it told this publication.
The service is available in a number of branches in London, including Cheapside in the City, Oxford Street and Chelsea, Lloyds said in a statement yesterday. The service involves face-to-face customer support.
The offering includes access to UK and international products and services, a dedicated website, online booking and face-to-face service, and expert introductions across the Lloyds group and to third-party specialist advisors, such as EY (also known as Ernst & Young).
