Multi-Family Office Names Two New Managing Directors

, the London-based multi-family office operating worldwide has appointed two new managing directors responsible for trust and fiduciary services in Switzerland and the Isle of Man. Earlier in June, LJ Group announced it had acquired a portfolio of four property’s in the historic Albert Square area of Manchester in the UK North West region for £16.3 million ($25.5 million) – the first time it has bought properties outside London, with more regional deals planned.
Vincent McCartney, who has taken over the managing directorship of the group’s Swiss office, previously occupied roles as head of finance and planning and financial controller. He has previously worked with Charterhouse Group, Chesterfield, and Barclays Private Bank in London, the Isle of Man and Europe. Robert Burton, the new managing director for LJ Group in the Isle of Man, has over 26 years of Finance experience, of which the last 16 have been spent in a fiduciary services environment.
The firm’s trust and fiduciary service provides on and off-shore fiduciary, and trust and corporate administration services centred on the wealth planning, investment and business structuring requirements of client families. Other parts of the group offer investment advisory, direct investment and private office facilities.
LJ Group operates from offices in London, Geneva, Hong Kong, Miami, Lisbon, Isle of Man, Neuchâtel and Singapore.
