JLT Benefit Solutions Expands Investment Team

Jardine Lloyd Thompson Benefit Solutions, a UK based financial services firm, is expanding its investment team with a two new appointments.

"This investment team has more than doubled in size over the last 12 months. Most recently Vanessa Wakefield has joined as an investment consultant in our Leeds office and Nnamdi Odozi has joined as an investment consultant in our London office," said Steve Barker, head of investment, employee benefits at JLT.

Ms Wakefield has joined from Mercer where she was a senior investment consultant and Mr Odozi has joined from KPMG where he was a consultant.

JLT Benefit Solutions offers benefit and pension services, including administration, actuarial and pension consultancy, investment, wealth management, Self Invested Personal Pensions, Small Self Administered Schemes, flexible benefits, healthcare, benefit communication and financial education.

The company employs over 1000 professional staff in 11 offices in the UK, with revenues of some £81.5 million ($11.6 million) and is part of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group
