The treasury services arm of JPMorgan is opening new International Cash Letter Image deposit centres in
Bahrain,
Indonesia and
Pakistan, bringing the total number of such centres to 17. The new offices will allow the firm’s financial institution clients to clear their US dollar cash letters in more locations without changing their cash letter operations.
The first such centre opened in
Frankfurt in October 2005. The firm continues to explore other markets for such centres as part of its goal of expanding its global footprint.
