Abacus Beefs Up Share Plan Offering With New Hire

Abacus Financial Services Group, the Channel Island's based financial services firm, has beefed up its share plan and employee benefits department by appointing ex-Hewitt Bacon Woodrow associate Kevin Lim to its business development team in London. Mr Lim will focus on growing Abacus’ share plan business in Jersey and Edinburgh and providing ongoing legal support for Abacus’ corporate clients. He is a qualified English solicitor with 10 years experience specialising in share plans and executive compensation. Previous to Hewitts he had worked at Ernst & Young in London and New York. Abacus employs around 400 people and has more than £23 billion ($42.3 billion) assets under management. The group has offices in London, Cheltenham, Edinburgh and Amsterdam, as well as Jersey and Guernsey.
