UK law firm Boodle Hatfield have appointed three new private client partners with effect from 1 May 2005. Fiona Graham and Simon Rylatt become partners in the tax and financial planning department and Brigid Turner is promoted to partner in the matrimonial team.

"Boodle Hatfield is already renowned for its strength in private client work and the promotion of Fiona, Simon and Brigid reflects both the growth in our private client base and the excellent calibre of the team," said Tim Manning, senior partner at Boodle Hatfield.

Ms Graham is a specialist private client lawyer and advises a broad range of UK and non-UK domiciled high net worth individuals, landed estates and family businesses on private client, tax and trust work. She joined Boodle Hatfield in 2002.

Mr Rylatt also specialises in private client work, and undertakes both UK and international tax planning for individuals and trusts. He has a particular expertise in contentious trust and estate work for onshore and offshore clients, and has been involved in some of the highest value trust disputes in recent years.

Ms Turner is a highly experienced matrimonial lawyer, specialising in all aspects of private family law, particularly complex financial issues and disputes concerning children.
