SEI Adds To UK Wealth Teams

SEI, the US-listed investment solutions firm, has appointed Brett Williams as UK managing director, SEI Wealth PlatformSM. Williams is responsible for leading the UK Private Banks team.

SEI, the US-listed investment solutions firm, has appointed Brett Williams as UK managing director, SEI Wealth PlatformSM. Williams is responsible for leading the UK Private Banks team.

Williams has worked in financial services for 30 years and joins SEI from LW2 Private Equity Partnership, where he was partner. He has held various senior roles in the industry including those of CEO of Cofunds, chief executive of Selestia, and CEO of Skandia UK, following Old Mutual’s acquisition of the Skandia Group.

SEI has also named Jim London to the post of UK chief operating officer. A long-term employee of SEI, he will continue to lead SEI Wealth Platform solution development efforts in the UK and will now also oversee operations and change management.

These men’s appointments follow the recruitment of Darren Bayley as a UK Solutions Director, in December last year.
