UK-listed Jupiter's Rhys Petheram has teamed up with Alastair
Gunn on the Jupiter High Income Fund.

Jupiter managers Rhys Petheram and
Alastair Gunn, co-managers of the Jupiter Distribution Fund, are set to extend their
current partnership when Petheram
takes on responsibility for the fixed income portion of the £542 million ($885 million) Jupiter High Income Fund from Ariel
Bezalel from 1 January 2014, Jupiter
said in a statement.

Gunn has been manager of the
Jupiter High Income Fund since July 2013. Petheram will also take over the
fixed income portion of the Jupiter Monthly Income Fund from Ariel Bezalel from
January, with Jupiter’s Richard Curling continuing to manage the equity portion
of the Fund. No changes to the investment process are planned.

Earlier this month, Jupiter Fund Management appointed Maarten
Slendebroek as group chief executive, taking over from Edward Bonham
Carter, effective 17 March 2014.

Bonham
Carter will remain on the board and take on a new executive role as vice
chairman, reporting to Slendebroek.
