The Global Tactical Credit Fund will assess relative value
rating, duration and geographic spectrums, and use a fundamental bottom-up
analysis of investment grade and high yield corporate bonds and corporate
The fund’s lead manager, Mike McEachern, may also use
portfolio hedging techniques to help reduce short-term volatility during
periods of rising interest rates or spread widening, the firm said in a
statement, adding that the fund targets a return of Libor plus 5-7 per

The UCITS fund is domiciled in Ireland and has range of
dollar and euro share classes available.
Muzinich & Co. is a global institutional asset manager
