Neuberger Berman Adds Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager

Neuberger Berman, the private investment manager, has appointed Jon Jonsson as managing director and senior portfolio manager for global fixed income strategies, based in London.
Jonsson joins Neuberger Berman from JP Morgan Asset Management, where he served for 15 years, most recently as head of global aggregate strategies. Since 2008, he has been responsible for $14 billion in assets under management across alpha (relative return), total return and absolute return strategies.
Jonsson has held a number of roles at JP Morgan Asset Management including senior quantitative analyst, head of the New York short-term portfolio management team and head of the London portfolio management team.
Neuberger Berman had approximately $214 billion in assets, as at 30 June 2013.
