Deutsche Bank, Germany’s biggest bank, announced
that John Andrews will join as head of investor relations, effective September 1, reporting Stefan Krause, chief financial officer. He previously
worked at Citigroup, where held the same role.

During his more than 25-year career in finance,
Andrews has been in investor relations for over 17 years and served as HR chief
at Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. He began his career at Morgan
Stanley.

As part of the change, Joachim Mueller, who was head of investor relations, has assumed the role of CFO for Europe,
the Middle East and Africa at Deutsche Bank.

The appointment was announced shortly after the
Frankfurt-listed banking giant Deutsche Bank appointed Pippa Lambert as global
head of human resources, effective from July 1. She previously worked in the
role of director of global reward at Royal Bank of Scotland.
