Eastspring Investments Announces Key Sales Hires

Eastspring Investments, the asset management subsidiary of Prudential Asia, has named a new retail sales head for Asia.
Koh Hui-Jian assumes the newly created role of head of retail sales for all of Hong Kong, Singapore and Asia, overseeing entry into the UK and European wholesale market. The Singapore branch is the company's regional hub and includes the firm's offshore investment management capabilities, which are then sold into Europe and the UK.
Koh brings over 17 years of asset management experience to the post. She joined the company in 2011 as head of retail sales in Singapore. In 2012, she was appointed head of retail sales in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Concurrently, Caron Ng was named head of retail sales for Singapore, reporting to Koh. Ng joined the firm in 2011. She replaces Beonca Yip, who has left the firm to pursue personal interests.
Eastspring Investments operates in 12 markets, including the US, and records around $94.4 billion in assets under management as of 31 December 2012.
