UK Private Bank Names Head Of Birmingham Office

Brown Shipley, the UK-based private bank, has appointed Anne
Brookes as
head of its Birmingham
office.
Since joining the firm at the start of 2011, Brookes has
developed a
team of private banking professionals in Birmingham,
where clients include entrepreneurs and business owners, as well
as a growing
portfolio of clients in the court of protection and acquired
wealth space, the
firm said in a statement.
In her new role, Brookes will focus on the development of
Brown
Shipley’s relationship with regional entrepreneurs and business
owners,
offering them bespoke banking, investment management, pensions
and financial
planning services.
In other recent developments, earlier this month,
Brown Shipley hired Julian
Hardiman as its new head of private banking - based in Manchester
- to oversee the firm’s investment
management, banking, financial planning and pension planning
teams.
