Equipos Names Former Top Brewin Dolphin Man As Chairman

Tom Burroughes , Group Editor, London, 15 December 2011

Simon Still, a former chief operating officer at Brewin Dolphin, is the new chairman of Equipos, the financial services technology firm. He takes over from Torben Munch, who retires to concentrate on his main role as COO at SimCorp, another banking tech business.

Munch remains a director of Equipos, the firm said in a statement.

Still had been COO at Brewin Dolphin until September 2009; he joined that business when his then-employer, Wise Speke, was acquired by Brewin Dolphin in 1998. He is also a director of Salmon Business Services, a business consultancy. He has also been a non-executive director at the Association of Private Client Investment Managers.
