Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Evelyn Partners, Decisive, Others

The latest moves and appointments for wealth management roles in the UK, other parts of Europe, the Middle East and select international locations.

Evelyn Partners
Evelyn Partners, the UK wealth manager, has appointed Paul Fidoe as business development director. He will help grow the firm’s professional connections with solicitors and accountants in the Midlands and South West of the UK.

Fidoe will work from Evelyn Partners’ Bristol and Birmingham offices, the firm said in a statement. 

With 33 years’ wealth management experience, Fidoe is joining from Barclays, where he spent the last 22 years in various roles. Most recently he was regional business development manager at Barclays Wealth & Investment Management. Prior to that he was regional director at Barclays Premier.

Decisive Capital Management
Decisive Capital Management, which is based in Geneva, has appointed Diane Gudin and Fabrice d’Erm as senior partners and senior relationship managers.

Gudin will be based in Geneva, while d’Erm will be based in Zurich. 

Gudin has been active in the banking industry for over 20 years, primarily catering for ultra-high net worth individuals from Europe and Asia. She previously worked at Bank J Safra Sarasin in Switzerland and Singapore and Bank Julius Baer in Singapore. 

D’Erm, who brings extensive experience in wealth and asset management to clients, has served in senior management positions for several major international firms, namely UBS and Bank J Safra Sarasin in Switzerland, Paris and London. 

In 2022 and 2021, Decisive won Wealthbriefing Swiss EAM “Direct Investment Program” category.

Decisive, which was established in Geneva in 2016, has more than $6 billion of assets under supervision.

Ogier
Offshore law and professional services firm Ogier has appointed Dasha Kuts as a senior manager, working from Dublin in its sustainable investment consulting team.

Kuts, who has more than 15 years of experience in impact investing, ESG reporting and compliance, will work with Ogier's Europe-based clients and wider client network.

Prior to joining SI Consulting, Kuts worked as a consultant at Enabling Qapital, an impact investment advisory firm. She spent seven years at MicroVest Capital Management, a B Corp asset manager that specialises in allocating private debt capital to responsible microfinance, and SME finance institutions in emerging markets. She is also the founder of and advisor to the Central Asian Institute of Directors.
