Belluzzo International Partners, an Italian multinational advisory group, has joined forces with Italian law firm Studio Vallefuoco to strengthen its legal expertise.

Advisory group Belluzzo International Partners and law firm Studio Vallefuoco have signed a joint venture agreement, as part of a growth plan to combine the Italian firms' expertise.

Through the joint venture, the advisory group, which specialises in wealth, tax and law, will strengthen its legal arm, focusing on anti-money laundering, tax regulatory litigation and regulation of innovative financial instruments, the group said.

The joint venture will add 10 lawyers and two accountants from Studio Vallefuoco to the group, enabling Belluzzo International Partners to open a new office in Rome.

Welcoming the agreement, Luigi Belluzzo, founding partner of Belluzzo International Partners, said: “This joint venture takes on an important and highly topical significance as part of our broader strategy to consolidate our position as an international, multi-jurisdictional and independent group.”

“Valerio Vallefuoco (pictured) and his team’s expertise in the legal sphere, combined with our know-how, will allow us to offer even more sophisticated and tailored services to our clients,” he added.

Studio Vallefuoco, whose manager partner is Valerio Vallefuoco, is known for its work in the field of anti-money laundering, having developed a wealth of expertise both at national and international level. More recently, the firm has addressed cross-border issues in the digital sphere, related to cryptocurrencies and NFTs.

Belluzzo International Partners is an Italian multinational advisory group specialising in wealth, law, tax and finance for families and businesses, active in London, Milan, Verona, Singapore and Lugano. It operates according to the “one-firm” model, with over 90 professionals worldwide.
