UK Wealth Manager Adds Senior Industry Figure As Non-Executive Director

Wealth, a UK firm based in Manchester, has appointed Rosalyn
Breedy as an independent non-executive director with immediate
effect. Breedy, who has worked in the private client, investment
and family offices space for more than 30 years, is also a judge
for WealthBriefing’s awards programme.
Breedy, a corporate, funds and financial services lawyer, is head
of funds and private wealth at Simons Muirhead Burton. She has a
particular interest in financial regulation, and financial policy
work alongside ESG, diversity and inclusion and regularly writes
and speaks on these matters.
“I am very pleased to have joined the board of Artorius and look
forward to working with fellow directors in contributing towards
strong governance and ethical practices as they continue the next
phase of business growth,” Breedy said.
Established in 2015, Artorius has other offices in the UK
besides its Manchester HQ. The firm, which services £1.5 billion
($1.88 billion) in assets, is owned by management,
employees and a small group of high net worth individual
shareholders.
