UK Wealth Manager Adds Senior Industry Figure As Non-Executive Director

Among other positions, Breedy is a member of this news service's editorial advisory board.
Artorius Wealth, a UK firm based in Manchester, has appointed Rosalyn Breedy as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect. Breedy, who has worked in the private client, investment and family offices space for more than 30 years, is also a judge for WealthBriefing’s awards programme.
Breedy, a corporate, funds and financial services lawyer, is head of funds and private wealth at Simons Muirhead Burton. She has a particular interest in financial regulation, and financial policy work alongside ESG, diversity and inclusion and regularly writes and speaks on these matters.
“I am very pleased to have joined the board of Artorius and look forward to working with fellow directors in contributing towards strong governance and ethical practices as they continue the next phase of business growth,” Breedy said.
Established in 2015, Artorius has other offices in the UK besides its Manchester HQ. The firm, which services £1.5 billion ($1.88 billion) in assets, is owned by management, employees and a small group of high net worth individual shareholders.
