Cazenove Capital Appoints High-Profile Non-Exec

London-based asset manager Cazenove Capital has appointed Marcus Gregson as non-executive director to the board of Cazenove Capital Holdings.

Mr Gregson was, until his retirement, the founding chief executive of HSBC Private Bank (UK) having joined the bank's predecessor in 1989.

His career included being managing director, private banking at Royal Trust Bank.

Some of Mr Gregson’s non-executive posts include being chairman at Greenstone Carbon Management, the firm that helps companies to account for and to generate less carbon, and deputy chairman at the London multi-family office Sand Aire.

“Marcus will be a very welcome addition to the board of Cazenove Capital, bringing with him considerable experience and expertise. He will help the board assess its strategy as it looks to grow Cazenove Capital, particularly with regard to its well respected wealth management business,” said Andrew Ross, chief executive of Cazenove Capital.
