The latest in funds and investments in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Goldman Sachs
Goldman Sachs Asset Management has launched a bond portfolio giving exposure to short-duration fixed income securities issued by emerging market countries and companies.

The new offering - the Goldman Sachs Emerging Markets Short Duration Bond Portfolio - aims to maintain an average duration of approximately two years.

GSAM’s emerging market debt team will oversee the portfolio; the team, which has run emerging market debt portfolios since 2000, oversees more than $40 billion in assets.

The portfolio is a new sub-fund of the UCITS-qualifying Luxembourg-domiciled Goldman Sachs Funds SICAV. It is offered to institutional and retail clients and is registered for sale across a range of European countries.
